2nd Companie has only one LMG and they have no light mortars or support weapons, I may have to do some thinking on how to create these using other ranges.

ReplyDeletePerhaps I need to go to Specsavers though. My very first glance at the first picture and all I could think was “is that fella with the pistol pulling a Bruce Willis?” - because, to my tired old eyes, it looked like he was just wearing a light coloured vest (much like the hero of the film Die Hard).

Ha, ha, ha - poor lighting I suspect :) Funnily enough I do have "Not Bruce Willis" figure in vest with MP5 in among my unpainted figures :)
DeleteEx-Minairons figures..now done by xan..thats great as they are fine figs..cool stuff as always!
ReplyDeleteXan was the sculpter, so once Minairons ceased trading, the licence returned to him. They have issues, but are nicely detailed.
DeleteCool, another gang for the SCW! Excellent service to all of us who wanted to know how Irregular (who sadly stop trading this month) mix with Minairons sculpted by Xan. The latter are excellent except for the small bases, and mix well with plastics. In fact I added their metal heads onto plastic bodies for even greater variety of poses. Have fun with yours! ReplyDeleteCheers Pat, I hadn`t realised they sold head packs, I`ll have to have a closer look at the website!! That may solve the support weapon issue I have for these Requetes.

DeleteXan`s response was amazing, he offered to give me heads gratis, but I ordered some figures anyway as a thank you. He says the order is in the post :)
