Dodge Tanake
Raventhorpe Ready-to-Roll model (just excellent) with a mixed crew - two Italeri Italian gunners with head-swaps and a French gunner by Pascal Mahn`s now defunct range.
A simple paint job and wash - job done
This can serve with either my Vichy forces in Syria/Lebanon or my Free French desert column.
Thank you
ReplyDeleteAll these Ready to Roll models are very good and so simple to build and paint - even i can make them look good :)
Nice work- the crew make it.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Pete.
Lovely little model. And more great work on crew and head swops.

It is a lovely model (all these Ready to Roll ones are just excellent) almost too easy :)
DeleteI`m trying to avoid buying figures at the moment, so just making do with what i have to hand :)
I won't ask how many suitcases you needed for the plastic / lead mountain you exported from Wales to Spain.. "just do with what i have to hand" ... no dear its not another box of unfinished toys..... As you can see I am as cheeky as ever ;) Carl
ReplyDeleteHa, ha! We brought my collection out carefully packed in banana boxes - 2 boxes inside a flexible plastic laundry bag - each bag weighed roughly 20 kilos and went into the hold as luggage. We`d bring one "bag" everytime we came out, plus other boxes/books/magazines stuffed into out carry-ons, backpacks (even pockets) :) We were still bringing stuff out when we finally bought a van and brought our furniture, etc on the final trip. It took a long time to bring it all over 4yrs.
