The Retrokit figures are very basic (think 1970s Airfix quality), quite brittle and difficult to clean with little surface detail. Friend of Foe are just excellent, I deliberately chose poses without helmets armed with rifles (LMG teams aside). I modified some figures to suit what i wanted as I want them to be useful as Moroccan Tirailleur or Riffi or Goumier depending on what and when we`re playing.

I don`t really have the skills, patience or eyes to do Berber robes  ;)
